SOMC Hospice Keepsake Ornament Available for Purchase

SOMC Hospice is committed to supporting you and your loved ones during your family’s time of need. As one of the first hospice services in the state of Ohio, SOMC Hospice has been providing a special kind of care to families in the region since 1985.

To commemorate their loved ones, the team selects a unique ornament each year as a gift to the lives of those who have passed this year and remember the impact they still have on lives. For each patient, the primary caregiver or family member receives the ornament. Additional ornaments for families and the public are available for $20 (with a $5 shipping fee or free for pick up) from Nov. 11 until Dec. 31 (or until sold out).

Ornaments for purchase are limited each year. Please allow one week turnaround time before being notified of when to pick up your pre-order ornament. All pick up is at the Gibson Building; 2201 25th Street, Portsmouth, OH 45662.
