Family Health Centers

SOMC offers six Family Health Centers throughout the communities we serve. We are located in Ironton, Wheelersburg, Portsmouth, Waverly, Vanceburg and West Union. We provide care for minor illnesses and injuries in a quick and easy manner. Colds, cough, flu, sore throats, ear aches, vomiting, allergies, rashes are just a few of the things that are treated here.

Many of our Family Health Centers offer specialty services such as pharmacy, OB/GYN, orthopedic care, general surgery, urgent care services and cardiology appointments.
