Medical Library

The SOMC Medical Library is located off the main lobby of the SOMC Main entrance. It is in proximity to the Corner Café, private locker room and the student-friendly Physician Lounge.

Services:

• Academic Navigator fulfills literature search requests and requests for articles
• 24/7/365 access available with badge swipe to physical library space
• Access to computer workstations with internet access, and various in-house software programs including Microsoft Office and Meditech Expanse
• Access to printer/copier/scanner/fax machine and secured paper shred box
• Library resources include: PubMed, UpToDate, Expert Consult and Inkling for ebooks
• Students are also be able to borrow any of our physical book resources that are available for check-out, or have a rotation specific book request ordered.
