Patient Relations

At SOMC, we have a team of patient representatives that listen to patients, collaborate, and aim to improve the overall experience for our patients. We understand that all SOMC staff contribute to the overall patient experience.

The SOMC Patient Relations Department assists patients and families with any concerns, complaints, or grievances regarding patient care. We can assist patients with lost and found items, along with helping staff in managing customer concerns. We are available to meet with patients or their families as needed.
