Cancer Navigation & Support

Psychosocial needs and spiritual aspects of care are supported by compassionate staff who stand ready to assist in complex cancer care management. Patients can access social workers, financial counseling, dieticians, and palliative or hospice specialists. When appropriate, the SOMC Compassion Fund supports patients’ needs, such as medication co-pays, transportation, pantry items, exercise, yoga, and more.
